We are so fortunate that we get to work on some brilliant projects and activities, here are just some of the work that we’ve delivered:

Greenacre Eastern Leadership Programme

We are so pleased to have been involved in Greenacre’s innovative Eastern Leadership programme. We worked with MD Dan and his colleagues to help to establish the programme and Michelle was thrilled to facilitate the very first session which launched the programme in March 2020. It was a hugely engaging day and the future is bright for the programme and the fantastic delegates on it.

MHA Larking Gowen

MHA Larking Gowen is an independent firm of accountants offering accountancy, tax and business advisory services from bases across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. Picking up awards for workplace wellbeing and flexible working along the way they were named Best Employer in the Archant Norfolk Business Awards in 2019. We had the opportunity to work with them in 2018, carrying out employee focus groups and developing some ideas around employee engagement.

Little Owls Nursery

This one was very close to our hearts given that Michelle’s daughter Thea was a ‘Little Owl’ at the time. After Manager Holly attended a ‘Mental Health for Managers’ workshop, run by Michelle and Tom Oxley, she was inspired to embed wellbeing within the nursery for her staff and families. We worked with Holly to shape a wellbeing programme around our six strands of wellbeing model. The programme was launched with a Week of Wellbeing for the staff and children – and the proof was in the pudding with Thea coming home and sharing her thoughts on what makes her special. Michelle also delivered a session on building resilience for the nursery staff.

Zest Car Rental

Zest is a fantastic car rental company based in Norfolk dealing with companies and customers all over the world. We were so pleased to get to work with the fab team, helping them with some engagement activity.
